Cancellation Policy:

Please note our cancellation policy is as follows:

FULL refund: for cancellations 2 or more weeks in advance (before 15 January 2010).
50% refund: for cancellations 1-2 weeks in advance (between 15 and 22 January 2010).
NO REFUND for cancellations less than ONE WEEK before the event (on/after 23 January 2010). Cancellations after this time will only be refunded if there are exceptional circumstances.
