Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policy is as follows:

FULL refund: for cancellations 2 or more weeks in advance (before May 6^th).

50% refund: for cancellations 1-2 weeks in advance (between May 7^th and May 12^th).

NO REFUND for cancellations less than ONE WEEK before the event (on/after May 13^th).

Cancellations after this time will only be refunded if there are exceptional circumstances.
