TO MAKE RESERVATIONS:
Bookings can be made by calling the Cavalier Hotel at 1-800-446-8199 or
1-757-425-8555. When making the booking please refer to Azurite Press
Conference. A first night’s room and tax deposit must accompany all
reservation requests. Reservations that are not guaranteed seven (7)
days after they are originally made will be released for general re-sale
at the current published rates. Any individual room reservation may be
cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to confirmed scheduled arrival
without penalty. If an individual reservation is cancelled within seven
(7) days of confirmed scheduled arrival, the first night’s room and tax
will be billed to the individual. Any no-show will be billed the same

Room Cost: All rates
are based on single/double/triple/quadruple occupancy nightly and do not
include state and local taxes, currently 13% plus a $1.00 city resort
fee per night. A notice of four (4) days is required for cancellations
or changes in individual arrivals and departures. If roommate changes
are made, the person moving will be responsible for the cost of the
single/double/triple/quad room change as well as their new room
accommodations. This is non-negotiable.

EARLY DEPARTURES A surcharge equivalent to a half-day rate will
be charged for early departures unless The Cavalier is notified
twenty-four (24) hours prior to the new departure date.
TRANSPORTATION:
The Cavalier Hotel is located in Virginia Beach. The closest airport to
the hotel is the Norfolk Airport. There is no shuttle bus available from
the airport to the hotel. Unless you are renting a car (the drive is
approximately thirty (30) minutes), we suggest that you call Orange Peel
