In my in early adolescence I always felt that I was much older than my age. There was always a deep knowing that energy was the key, however I could not work out how it all fitted together in terms of science and religion. As a teenager, I explored many religions and was eventually introduced to
esoteric literature.

My academic life in Science took precedence, I studied science to a high
level, however my deep searching in that field led to no answers, just more questions. Energy kept being reflected back to me in my thoughts and study.

I then went through a period of fast awakening, where I was led back to delve deeper into esoteric teachings (e.g. Reiki etc). Along side this I studied and qualified in Shiatsu because it incorporated energy and bodywork. I was drawn to the release of cellular memory in the body. The recurring question for me was “why do clients seem to remain in the same
condition, even though they have been having treatments for years?”. Kathara
Healing gave me the answer to those questions. In 2001 I was drawn to a Kathara Weekend, and since then I have never looked back. The KS teachings revealed the connections between the science, the history and the spiritual. Then all at once everything made sense and connected for me. Since then my growth and connection to all my parts has been amazing. When using Kathara Healing in conjunction with my Shiatsu I have observed a strong connection and healing for my Clients.
